Balance Box is a meal delivery service that delivers twice a week to most places in the United Kingdom. For customers outside of London, the meals are delivered by DPD and for customers in London, the meals are delivered by a dedicated London delivery team. Customers have the option to choose from a 4-day box or a 3-day box.
The 4-day box contains food for Monday-Thursday and is delivered on Sundays before 5:30 pm. To receive a box the following Sunday, orders must be placed by midnight on Tuesday. The 3-day box contains food for Friday-Sunday and is delivered on Thursdays before 5:30 pm. To receive a box the following Thursday, orders must be placed by midnight on Sunday.
For London customers, the 4-day box is delivered between 10 pm on Sunday evening and 6 am on Monday morning, and the 3-day box is delivered between 10 pm on Thursday evening and 6 am on Friday morning.
